Common Issues and Solutions
1. Verification code not received (SMS)
- Check that your phone number is correct (including country code)
- Make sure your phone can receive SMS (not in airplane mode, sufficient signal)
- Wait 1-2 minutes — SMS may be delayed due to network conditions
- Check your spam/blocked messages folder
- Try again after 5 minutes if the code still hasn't arrived
2. Verification code doesn't work
- The code expires after a certain time — request a new one
- Use the most recent code (previous codes are invalidated)
- Enter the code without any spaces
3. My number is already in use on another account
- Each phone number can only be linked to one account
- If you have a previous account with that number, log in to that account first to unlink the number
- If you cannot access the old account, contact customer support
4. Error message during verification
- Try closing the app and reopening it
- Update the app to the latest version
- Try with a different network connection (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
