Please note that our Toomics services for Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, French, Japanese, and English are all different.
The services we provide are different so a purchase made on one specific language site (like in your case), will not work on the other sites.
However, there are cases in which we are able to manually change the language for you, however, please note that once you agree to the change, we will not be able to reverse it in the future.
If you would like us to change the language for you, please contact us directly and we will provide you with a solution.
Please be aware that unfortunately, we cannot change the language of purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store due to technical limitations.
Furthermore, kindly note that we no longer support subscription-based services in Italian and Portuguese, therefore, we cannot change the languages in any of those cases.
