In terms of the merged accounts, please note that when you merge your Web account with an App account, the information on the App account you have merged will automatically synchronize with the Web account and the Coins purchased on the App will be directly granted to the Web account.
However, please note that there are cases in which users could create several App accounts, and make a purchase on a different App account that is not the one that was merged, most of the cases are because the user didn’t log in when making the purchase.
In that case, you should contact us and we will proceed to give you access to the Coins you have purchased but could not access.
