For VIP purchases
You may request a refund of your purchase of the Recurring Payment if:
- You request it within 14 days after the purchase; AND
- No VIP content is accessed through the account
- There is no record of any coins, given or purchased at a discounted price through VIP Purchase (including Gift, Bonus Coins) in the specific month of refund, being used
If you fail to meet any of the conditions stated above, a refund will not be available.
For Coin purchases
Refunds are available within 7 days of the date of purchase if you have not used any coins at all.
If there is any record of coins (Either Premium or/and Free Coins) being used, refunds are not available.
