It seems that you have purchased your VIP Membership in the Apple App Store. If you do not wish to continue using your VIP Membership, then we kindly ask you to manually cancel your VIP Membership so that no further recurring payments will be made from your Apple account.
To cancel, please follow the instructions below:
- Launch the Settings app.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
If you want to receive a refund, we kindly ask you to directly contact the Apple Customer Service as we, unfortunately, due to Apple's refund policy, we cannot process refunds made from Apple on our side. The Apple Customer Service will assist you with your request.
Please refer to the following steps in order to request a refund on Apple Store:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
