You may request a refund of your purchase of the Recurring Payment if

  1. You request it within 14 days after the purchase; AND
  2. No VIP content is accessed through the account

If you don’t meet any of the two conditions stated above, refunds are not available.

You may request a refund of your purchase of the Recurring Payment if

  1. You request it within 14 days after the purchase; AND
  2. No VIP content is accessed through the account
  3. There is no record of any coins, given or purchased at a discounted price through VIP Purchase (including Gift, Bonus Coins) in the specific month of refund, being used

If even one of the three conditions stated above are not met, refunds will not be given.
