Recurring Payment (VIP Member): VIP membership is automatically charged to your Payment Method every month. By subscribing to our VIP membership, you get unlimited access to VIP-Exclusive Comics designated by Toomics. The VIP-Exclusive Comics that may be available will vary by geographic location and will change from time to time. Not all contents may be available in the VIP member plan.For VIP members, unless you notify us, and follow the process to cancel your membership before your monthly renewal date, you authorize us to charge your monthly membership fee to your Payment Method.“Duration of Service” due to cancellation of “Recurring Payment” will be the exact number of months you selected on the VIP membership page (https://global.toomics.com/en/mypage/payment) from the purchase date. When you cancel your “Recurring Payment”, you can use the Service for the remainder of “Duration of Service” excluding the days you have already used. Once your “Duration of Service” is terminated, you will not be automatically charged.If a payment is not successfully settled on the billing date, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you can attempt different Payment Method even after the billing date. However, if the payment is not successfully settled for a long period of time, we may suspend your VIP membership. |
Recurring Payment (Subscription): The subscription fee is automatically charged to your Payment Method at recurring intervals, based on the subscription period you selected. By subscribing, you get unlimited access to subscriber-exclusive comics designated by Toomics. The catalog of subscriber-exclusive comics may vary by geographic location and is subject to change over time. Not all content is included in the subscription plan.For Subscribers, you authorize us to charge your membership fee to your Payment Method unless you notify us and follow the process to cancel your membership before your recurring renewal date.“Duration of Service” due to cancellation of “Recurring Payment” will be maintained from your purchase date to the end of the current recurring interval you selected on the subscription page (https://global.toomics.com/en/mypage/payment). When you cancel your “Recurring Payment”, you can use the Service for the remainder of “Duration of Service” excluding the days you have already used. Once your “Duration of Service” is terminated, you will no longer be automatically charged.If a payment is not successfully settled on the billing date due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you can attempt using an alternative Payment Method even after the billing date. However, if the payment remains unsuccessful for an extended period, we may suspend your subscription. |

Subscription Options :1. Basic membership Subscribers on the Basic membership may access subscriber-exclusive comics at no additional cost (only available for reading during the active subscription period). Basic membership subscribers may also purchase premium content (such as Uncensored and Motion comics) with coins to continue reading even after your subscription ends. Basic membership subscribers may be encouraged to upgrade to the Plus membership at any time.2. Plus membership Subscribers on the Plus membership may access both subscriber-exclusive comics and premium content (such as Uncensored and Motion comics) at no additional cost (only available for reading during the active subscription period). Plus membership subscribers may also purchase premium content with coins to continue reading even after their subscription ends. |

There is no record of any coins, given or purchased at a discounted price through VIP Purchase (including Gift, Bonus Coins) in the specific month of refund, being used |
For subscription purchasesYou may request a refund of your purchase of the Recurring Payment if:1. You request it within 14 days after the purchase; AND2. No subscriber-exclusive content has been accessed through the account3. There is no record of any coins, given or purchased at a discounted price through subscription purchase (including Gift Coins and Bonus Coins) in the specific month of refund, being used. |
