GEM Purchase and Use:

1. ”GEM” is a dedicated payment currency unit for using the Toomics Chat Service. GEM may be purchased or obtained through conversion of Coins at a rate of 1 Coin = 200 GEM (subject to change).

2. If a user’s GEM balance is insufficient, Coins held in the user's account will automatically be converted into GEM and deducted. This automatic conversion mechanism and the applicable conversion ratio will be notified to users in advance within the Service.

3. In the Toomics Chat Service, 100 GEM will be deducted per chat turn, and 200 GEM or 300 GEM will be deducted for each image unlock, depending on the content.

4. GEM converted from Paid Coins or Bonus Coins follows the validity period of the original Coins from which it was converted. GEM is non-refundable unless the conditions set forth in the Cancellation & Refund section are met, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. GEM purchase methods, conversion ratios, and pricing are subject to change, and material changes will be notified to users in advance.

15. Requesting the generation of sexual content involving minors.

16. Requesting AI conversations that impersonate or defame real, identifiable individuals.

17. Using AI-generated responses to deceive others or for any unlawful purpose.

18. Using or distributing AI-generated chat content for commercial purposes, or disclosing it to third parties, without our prior consent.

“Toomics Chat” is a feature that provides AI-based character chat and image-unlock services utilizing Toomics Global's IP. Responses provided through the Toomics Chat Service are generated via the API of an external AI provider (xAI) and are not directly created by Toomics.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

AI-generated responses are fictional content and do not reflect real persons or facts.

For GEM purchases

Purchased GEM is refundable within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that (i) the GEM was purchased directly and was not converted from Coins, and (ii) none of the GEM has been used.

GEM converted from Coins is non-refundable, as the corresponding Coins are deemed to have been used at the time of conversion.

We are not liable for damages arising from errors, service interruptions, or degraded response quality of external AI providers, including xAI, that provide the API used for the Toomics Chat Service.

We do not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content provided through the Toomics Chat Service.

- When using the Toomics Chat Service –

Chat conversation content, image-unlock records, and other Toomics Chat Service usage records.

Chat conversation logs collected through the Toomics Chat Service are used solely to provide the Service and to respond to errors. They are not used for AI model training, service improvement, personalized recommendations, or advertising, and will be deleted immediately upon a user’s request.

Please do not enter your own or a third party's personal information (e.g., real name, contact information) into Toomics Chat conversations. We may restrict or block the input of such information.
